Questions

Everything, plainly.

Plans, the first week, emails, memory, privacy and safety. Still wondering? Ask your coach; it knows all of this too.

I. Plans

What is free?

The daily ritual, for as long as you use it: the morning intention and an affirmation written for your goals, the evening reflection, one active goal, the morning and evening emails, and 10 coach messages a day.

What does Plus add?

Unlimited coaching, up to five active goals, and scripting sessions saved to your goals. Prices are on the Pricing page.

What is the first week?

Your first 7 days include everything in Plus, with no card. When they end, nothing is charged: your ritual carries on free, and you choose Plus only if you want it.

How do I cancel Plus?

In Settings, choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Your goals, journal and free ritual stay.

II. The ritual

When do the emails come?

At the morning and evening times you chose, in your own time zone, including across daylight saving changes. Change the times, or turn either email off, in Settings.

Can I check in from the email?

Yes. Tap a mood in the morning email to check in without signing in, add one line of intention, and you are done.

What is a streak?

The number of days in a row with at least one check-in, counted in your own time zone. Two check-ins on one day count once; a day without one starts a new streak.

Which coach voice should I pick?

Gentle is soft and patient, Grounded is calm and practical, Tough-love is direct with zero judgement, and Mystic is intuitive and poetic. You can switch in Settings, and the coach uses the new voice from your next message.

III. Coaching, not therapy

Is this therapy?

No. Daily Intention Coach is a hopeful coach for intentions, habits and belief. It is not a therapist, a doctor or a crisis service, and it says so. If you are going through something heavy, you deserve a person.

What will the coach not do?

It will not diagnose a condition, advise on starting or stopping medication, pick stocks, crypto or investments, make legal decisions for you, or replace a therapist or doctor. When you ask, it says kindly that a professional is the right person and comes back to your intention.

What happens if I write about hurting myself?

The coach stops the ritual, answers warmly and shows you the crisis lines: in the US, call or text 988 any time, and elsewhere findahelpline.com. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. Two checks look for this: a list of unmistakable phrases, and an AI safety judgement. Those words are never saved as a check-in.

IV. Privacy and memory

Can anyone read what I write?

The tools the business behind the coach uses never show your check-ins or chats. They show your first name, plan, streak and dates, your goals’ titles and life areas, and your email settings. If you write something that sounds like a crisis, the coach shows you 988 and other crisis lines straight away, and those words are never saved as a check-in.

What does the coach remember?

Your goals, the words you use and what worked. Everything it remembers is listed in Settings, under What your coach remembers, with Forget next to each fact and Forget everything at the bottom.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings, choose Delete account. Your goals, check-ins and saved lines are deleted, and the platform deletes your chats and what the coach remembers. Any running Plus subscription ends with it.
