What we keep, and who can see it.

What Daily Intention Coach keeps

• Your first name, time zone, check-in times, coach voice and email settings.
• Your goals: their titles, life areas, why they matter, target dates and any scripted future you save.
• Your check-ins: mood, intention, small action, wins, gratitude and evening notes, by day.
• The lines you saved.
• Your conversations with the coach, and the facts it remembers about you. These are kept by the Spark platform the app runs on.

Your email address and sign-in are held by the platform, not by the app; the app never sees your address.

Who can see it

You can see all of it. The business behind the coach (its owner, here the coach persona Maya Rivers) uses a set of tools that show your first name, plan, streak, check-in dates, goal titles and life areas, email settings and how much you have paid. They never show what you wrote in a check-in, an evening reflection or a chat, and the conversation list they can see has its titles hidden. (The business runs the app, so this is a promise about its tools, kept by how they are built, not a lock it could not open.)

Safety. When something you write sounds like a crisis or self-harm, the coach shows you the crisis lines straight away, and those words are never saved as a check-in. See Coaching, not therapy.

The AI

Your coach is an AI. To answer you, it is given your goals, today’s card and check-in, your recent moods and what it remembers. Morning affirmations are written the same way. Each message and check-in is also checked for safety: by a list of phrases, and by an automatic judge.

Making it forget

In Settings, under What your coach remembers, every remembered fact has Forget beside it, and Forget everything clears the list.

Email

We send the morning and evening emails you chose, a note when your first week is ending, and messages about your account and payments. Turn the morning or evening email off in Settings at any time.

Deleting your account

Delete account in Settings deletes your goals, check-ins and saved lines, and closes your account; the platform deletes your conversations and remembered facts. A running Plus subscription ends with it, without a refund for the rest of the period.

Payments

Payments are taken on a secure checkout page run by Stripe for the business. The app never sees your card.
