The daily ritual is free for as long as you use it. Your first 7 days include everything in Plus, with no card.
Annual Plus is … a year and renews each year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; Plus runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Start free first: Plus is included for your first week, and you choose a plan only if you want to keep it.
I. Free and Plus

Free keeps the whole daily loop. Plus is for when you want the coach on hand all day, room for more goals, and scripting the life you are calling in.

II. The small print, plainly
When am I charged?
Only when you choose a plan and pay on the checkout page. The free week needs no card, and when it ends your daily ritual simply carries on free.
Does Plus renew?
Yes. Annual Plus renews each year and monthly Plus each month, at the price shown above, until you cancel. Lifetime Plus is one payment and never renews.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and your free ritual, goals and journal stay.
